Clare McKinney Make-Up & Beauty along with our Lisburn salon, Haven Make-Up & Beauty, are proud to support several key charities.

In recent years we have actively supported and run events in support of Action Cancer and Clare took on the Women Vs Cancer Challenge of cycling across India.

Clare is now dedicated to supporting a charity very close to her heart - Feeding Dreams Cambodia.
As many of you know Clare travels to visit these children every January - this year is no exception and she departs on 2nd January for a month working in the school and attending to families who live in the slums. Please support her by buying a raffle ticket when you are in the salon.

The challenge is a cycle 450km across the Beijing province of China. We visited the spectacular Great Wall, Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square on this once in a lifetime adventure.

It was a journey full of fun, friendship and incredible support as women of all ages and from all walks of life challenged themselves for this amazing cause. This fantastic challenge was a great opportunity to get fit, lose weight and have an experience of a life time all whilst raising significant funds to help in the fight against breast, ovarian and cervical cancers.

Funds raised by Women V Cancer will be divided equally between three important charities: Breast Cancer Care, Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust and Ovarian Cancer Action and used to support their valuable work.

Between the 101 ladies that took part we raised £430,000!!!!
